Our Mission
We are on a mission to move hurting Americans from poverty to prosperity through our P.O.P. 360 Community Restoration & Job Creation Project. This initiative focuses on economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and collaborative community upliftment.
The campaign pre-launched on June 1, 2024, from Mound Bayou, Mississippi and will officially launch globally November 6–9, 2025.

Individuals & Business Alliance Members Needed
The P.O.P. Movement & LEE-TA INC is a privately held, faith-based organization will be launching a multicultural humanitarian project to create economic opportunities for all Americans. We seek support through membership from business owners and individuals to help Rebuild, Restore, and Reinvest back into our underserved communities.
The P.O.P. “Do Meant” Movement has a specific purpose—to eradicate poverty and its devastating effects. Through job training, support for entrepreneurship, and business development, we aim to create jobs for at-risk and impoverished communities across the nation. Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to create 1 million jobs, foster 200,000 new entrepreneurs, and strengthen countless existing businesses within 2 to 5 years.
Economic & Social Injustice in Disadvantaged Communities
Economic and social injustice is rampant across the U.S., and tension is growing in economically disadvantaged communities. This turmoil has gained international attention through social media and global conversations. Unless social organizations and the business community act in unison, we risk losing another generation to the devastating effects of unemployment, poverty, crime, and incarceration.
The Economic Problem
As inflation and unemployment rise, government funding for social programs continues to decline. Our grassroots job creation movement is designed to directly address the economic challenges facing America’s most at-risk communities. We need more job training and human resources to help Americans return to earning an income and start dreaming again. Solving these economic problems is essential to reducing poverty and crime.
Need for Economic Aid
The COVID-19 pandemic devastated our economy, forcing a nationwide shutdown in March 13, 2020. The resulting economic strain and rising inflation continue to impact individuals and communities. The lack of economic aid has caused a shift in the economy that could lead to further major changes in the next 2-3 years.
